What PC do you recommend for a uk gamer?

A future proof high-spec machine from a uk-based company or somewhere which ships to the uk cheaply. Preferably a whole system but I don’t mind parts if they are well priced.
I can install Windows, ram and hard drives and have had experience in doing so but nothing else unfortunately but I’d give it a shot or get in contact with someone who could help.
For about £700 (though i have crunched it down to £627 before) i can get:

Does it only depend on the RMS watts only?

I’m thinking about getting the Logitech Z5500 System, and I have some questions (I have never had high-quality speakers; just some cheap ones that came with my computer).

• Are the speakers (The small ones) connected to anything, or are they wireless?
• Is the sub woofer (The big one) connected to the computer?
• Is it possible to mount the speakers (The small ones)?
