ok, heres the real question. When i bought my pc about 2 years ago, i had it downgraded from 64 bit to 32 bit. Now i heard that 64 bit would be the better choice. Will i have any problems? I am a avarge computer user so i dont know much about this situation.

does it makes any difference to the system performance or graphics if i upgrade the ram to 4gb?

This is the current configuration/specifation…

Will the graphics card utilize the ram from the laptop to improve it’s graphics performance?
if yes, by how much will it improve? a little?

What is wrong with my computer?

Okay, so i bought this computer about a year and a half ago. It came with windows vista home premium. Everything was working fine at the beginning about a year later it started crashing and saying something like "Error system memory dump" after about a month that stopped happening but now ill have a few windows open (usually just windows media player, Google chrome (facebook), and Windows live messenger) it will freeze up the screen goes white hazy and i can’t click on anything so i have to turn off the computer (i try ctrl + alt + del first but it never works).

Another thing is sometimes just out of the middle of nowhere the computer will just completely shut down (it doesn’t warn me or anything the computer screen just goes black and the computer turns off) so i turn it back on but once in a while after it has "shut down randomly" i won’t be able to connect to the internet (i have wireless but it will show that it has 5 bars and still wont work).

I also play games online on Kongregate.com (it doesnt happen too often) but certain games ill be in the middle of playing (like Thing Thing 3 if you know what that is lol) and the screen goes black and the computer shuts down.

It will also crash i get a blue screen and it will say something like "Fatal error system memory dump" it restarts and start the repair and works fine after that.

I’ve tried talking to the Hp people all they suggested was to reinstall NVIDIA drivers (which the had to explain to me how…i did it and it didn’t help)

I don’t know what exactly you need to know to be able to help me with this ill add a bit about my computer processor and stuff though (i’m not too computer savvy so go easy on me and please try to explain exactly what to do to fix this… ask me more questions about my computer if you need to)

I’ll just copy and paste the stuff from the website about my comp.
