I connected the Bose to a 50W Sony iPod docking receiver, and I am getting great music at low volume levels on the Sony. Can this dammage on the long run the Bose? Thanks.

I just got this surround sound and neither the rear or center speakers will work….

i know the two rear speakers are wireless and need to be hooked up b urslef but i bought it off the shelf without instructions or a remote and i can not get all the speakers to work or how to hook up the rear speakers..

I’ve followed the wisdom of audiophiles answering these questions and have abandoned the idea of a HTIB. I’ve found a pretty basic AV reciever (Sony STR-DG810) at a good price point with all the featuers I need. However, I’m in the dark when it comes to choosing compatible speakers! What should I be looking at to make sure the speakers I choose are optimized for the AV reciever I’ve chosen. I imagine there are different connection types, different power options, wireless vs. wired, and other things I should be looking out for when I select my speakers. Can somone give me a quick run-down or post a link to a guide that will explain it to me?

but the wireless WAHT-SD1 is suppose to be for HTS (DAV-HDX265 DAV-HDX500 DAV-HDX500/i)

Any take on these?? I can probably return back the Rocketfish.

I have a Sony DolbyDigital/DTS surround sound system but it contains the wires! Want to know if they make a adapter kit to convert them to wireless? And where can I get them, how much, and what are they called? I have 5 smaller speakers? Thanks for your answers!
