I want a rock solid system, not just a laptop.

I’ll have the CPU(desktop tower) in the trunk, have it wired through the frame up to the front so I can have my monitor(possibly touch screen), mouse/keyboard(maybe, if so it’ll be wireless).

The biggest issue is that I don’t want to trip the onstar system by them thinking it’s being stolen because I want to get my computer wired through my sound system. It’s all factory default, 12 speaker system. Pontiac 2002 Grand Prix GTP

Is there a module or something I can use to connect the desktop to the sound system?

Anybody ever done anything like this? Install a computer into the car and wire it through the radio so my CD’s/DVD’s can be heard through the speakers. I’m hoping to do this WITHOUT using a FM/AM transmitter, so it’ll be a rock solid system.

Kind of like a GPS on steroids? Is there anything like that? Like, instead of JUST a GPS system, let it have DVD movie capability, CD music capability, and the ability to run programs. Overall, I want a nice Windows operating system in my car.

What are my options?

Also, I’m going to have a transformer plugged to the battery then to my computer. It’s going to feed the power to it at a normal rate and at my desired voltage, so my car battery won’t destroy the computer with too much power.

I’m looking to get some 5.1 speakers for my TV gaming and my PC media and gaming. I don’t wanna buy a set of speakers for both so I’m looking to buy a 5.1 speaker system for a bedroom that can hook up with my TV/XBOX and my PC at the same time if possible. Anyone know what i need?

I am looking at a pair of speakers for my room for christmas and found a 2.1 system on bestuy.com that had a 200 watt system. They are made by Klipsch and know that they are a good brand but i would like o know how well these ones work

i dont want speakers that will blow easily and i want a good subwoofer. if you look at the specs on Klipsch.com the say that the woofer is :::::50 watts @ 5% THD, 50 Hz
I dont know what that means. Ill give yyou a link to the newer wireless version on Kilpsch.com and maybe you can help me understand some of the specs on the website.

Where can I find a great deal online for Audio Unlimited 900MHz Wireless Rock Speaker System

How can I get my jWIN JS-P701 2.4GHz Wireless Home Theather Speaker System to play from all of the speakers? It only came with one adapter for the red/white audio cords.

I bought a computer from my friend a couple of days ago. He build it himself buying all the parts separate. I don’t need it though, I just bought it because he needed the money. that’s why I think that I got it too cheap. I paid only 800 dollars for it and he told me it was a really good price. I have no I idea what it’s worth. If I sell it today on ebay, how much can I get for it?

I know it wont be high-end but if i can play FPS like CSS or COD4/5

And it comes to under £500 so it seems too good to be true to me.

i have a descent system with Vista premium which has Media Center pre-installed. i wanted to hook it up to my tv and run surround sound off of it.

basically, i want to use it as a regular computer and use the tv as my monitor. it HD, so what would i need in order to get the high quality video? i’ll also get a remote and wireless mouse and keyboard

also, what speaker system would you recommend? i was thinking about getting an Audigy sound card with the Logitech G51 speakers. the room is only 12×12′- are these powerful enough?
i also want to know if i can plug in my ps2 to the comp and run it off of the tv and speakers, instead of using the tv speakers.

I recently purchased the JBL On Air Control 2.4G wireless speaker system without realizing my receiver (Sony) did not have preamp RCA outputs. Is there anyway I can buy a seperate preamp system to connect to my receiver that will then allow this to work? Thanks in advance for any help.
